Uno degli eventi più importanti del settore del videogioco è, senza ombra di dubbio, i The Game Awards che ormai si ripetono ogni anno. Geoff Keighley ha già annunciato da molto tempo la data e l’orario dell’edizione del 2018, che si terrà il 7 dicembre alle ore 2:30, visibile su più di 40 canali di streaming. Ebbene, con un video sul canale YouTube ufficiale, Keighley stesso ha fatto sapere quali sono i titoli candidati e le varie nomination. Ha affermato:
“Con la nostra più grande line-up in termini di annunci relativi a giochi, sarà una notte eccitante, piena di sorprese e celebrazioni.”
La cerimonia di quest’anno si terrà al Microsoft Theater di Los Angeles ma noi potremo seguirla da YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Mixer, Steam TV, IGN, GameSpot, MLG e su molti altri siti. Di seguito tutte le nomination:
